What does the role involve?
- Handling call and email enquiries from customers and contractors.
- Attending to all client queries professionally and efficiently. Providing quality service standards to all customers.
- Reception duties, e.g. filing.
- Respond to customer enquiries and follow up additional opportunities
- Pro-activeness demonstrating skills to retain and build client base.
