Overview:
We are looking for a person who is able to be proactive and with a can do attitude and would suit a person who is able to be organised and resourceful. This role is unique as you are managing the recruitment process and lone working, so you will need to be driven and focused. You will be confident in recruiting for Care Staff, Senior Care staff and Team Leaders, as well as Head Office support staff.
A knowledge of CQC and Ofsted requirements for safer recruitment is essential to ensure the safety of our residents.
An understanding of the needs of Social Care support staff and complex care staff
You must be comfortable with a fast-paced workload
Create and implement a national campaign
Liaise and work in collaboration with local partners to improve recruitment
Attend regional workshops and host assessment days
You must be confident and skilled at advertising roles and be able to advertise using social media platforms as well as established platforms.
You will provide a first-class recruitment and administrative support to our homes and our other business’s. With a focus on direct sourcing and offering an excellent experience to candidates to our hiring managers, you are to have a passion for the work that is involved in making this possible.
Development of market leading applicant tracking system and application management across all care homes and independent living/retirement living services
Develop and implement a strategy to support the recruitment of staff and ensure acontinuous flow of high-quality applicants for our homes and independent living/retirement living services across the group.
Provide an Employee Relations service to ensure smooth HR processes from recruitment to onboarding
Understand the competitor landscape to maintain comparative and competitive advantage
Participate in the management and planning of company objectives and represent and drive recruitment and onboarding objectives within the wider business strategies
Work directly with senior management by understanding the current workforce demands as well as evaluating and providing advice on these demands
Monitor and control all recruitment costs and other recruitment data for the management reporting
Purpose of Position:
To ensure sufficient recruitment activity to achieve safe and sustainable levels of staffing and to support workforce growth.
To manage the ongoing recruitment process.
To run advertisement campaigns in line with identified recruitment needs
Responsibilities and Duties:
To support and manage the day to day running of all recruitment campaigns
To source new avenues for attracting new applicants.
To maintain communication between all stakeholders.
To ensure all advertisements are in line with identified needs and current legislation.
To ensure that relevant literature is available to support the recruitment process.
To ensure a constant flow of applicants through the pipeline.
To support the home managers by weekly communications to ensure all their recruitment needs are met
To support and encourage effective and positive communication between prospective candidates, new starters, and the Company.
To undertake any other duties, appropriate to the post, as and when requested, which may from time to time be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
