Liaise with recruiting managers to ensure vacancies areadvertised in a timely manner and that the Trust is portrayed as anEmployer of Choice in all posts publicised on NHS Jobs. Upload vacancies onto NHS Jobs ensuring all appropriateauthorisation e.g., cost control approval, has been obtained prior to Ensure applicants are kept informed of the progress of theirapplication at every stage of the process, utilising the departmentsstandard letters/documents as necessary. Ensure recruiting managers are kept informed of any delays in therecruitment process as appropriate. Administer all necessary safer recruitment pre-employment checksg.
DBS, professional registration, driving licence etc. To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication skills, be able to develop strong working relationships and have the ability to prioritise a demanding workload in order to meet strict deadlines. You will need previous experience providing administrative support, are a strong team player and be competent in using Microsoft Office packages.Experience of using HR information/applicant management systems would be advantageous but not essential.
