The Recruiter, Talent Acquisition will be accountable for recruitment and projects within specified Region. This will encompass filling of open jobs with diverse talent, leading recruitment initiatives, develop and streamline new tools, and completion of all projects in a timely manner.
  • Execute the recruitment process as needed for open positions, including development of job descriptions, posting, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews, reference checks, and drafting offers
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job boards, cold calling and outside-the-box approach to solving recruitment challenges
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
  • Work with colleges and universities to set up job fairs to generate qualified applicants
  • Stay up to date with current recruiting methods, research and recommend job boards and identify market trends related to unemployment in the vicinity
  • Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with hiring managers to anticipate preferences and interview applicants on consistent set of qualifications
  • Coordinate schedules and arranges management interviews via Skype or Facetime, phone or in-person
  • Act as the point person for candidate interviews; send out all information related to interviews to all parties, including schedule, directions/and travel information
  • Track all new hire requisitions forms, update weekly staffing report based on recruiting progress and maintains recruitment files
  • Join and participate in networking events during and after hours to build relationships with potential future partners or applicants
  • Achieve talent consistency
Talent Acquisition Training
  • Provide training, coaching and general guidance to hiring managers on interviewing best practices, diversity recruiting, offer recommendations, negotiating/creating job offers, closing, and administrative functions involved in full cycle recruiting, including Workday
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Director to develop recruiting training material and efficiencies
Talent Initiatives
  • Actively participate in recruitment committee to drive key areas of Talent Acquisition for the overall business
  • Drive all recruitment initiatives, executing all strategies, and leading by example
  • Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices
  • Review, update, and communicate hiring processes and procedures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Executive team, hiring managers, and human resources to identify process improvements, performance metrics, onboarding improvements, temporary pipeline and reporting handling procedures for internal and agency partners
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of related experience conducting best in class, quality focused, full life cycle recruiting within a fast paced, results-driven environment.
  • Management experience required
  • Agency or Search firm recruiting experience is highly desirable, ideally combined with exposure to an in-house recruiting environment
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to think strategically and conceptually while managing details
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Sense of urgency and business orientation
  • Able to work independently, but a strong team player
