We are looking for an experienced Inbound Call Center Sales Agent to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to think quickly on their feet. Additionally, the successful candidate should have a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to inbound callers.
- Answer customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Document customer interactions in the company database.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
No experience needed, as we pride ourselves on developing successful applicants in all areas of the this role, endorsing an entrepreneur mindset.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,439.00-£25,107.00 per year
