- Proactively source, screen and hire qualified candidates.
- Build a sustainable talent pipeline of internal and external candidates.
- Guide and support stakeholders through the recruitment process from opening of requisition through onboarding of new hire.
- Uncover top talent through various sourcing channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and more.
- Manage candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
- BA/BS Human Resource Management or Business preferred.
- 2-3 years of recruitment experience required.
- Experience working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity.
- Experience developing and executing a recruiting strategy in collaboration with the hiring manager.
- Recruiting experience for professional level, corporate positions preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of employee interview techniques and applicable regulations including federal, state and city EEO and DOL laws required.
- Industry experience in property management or hospitality a plus.
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of recruiting success, excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the executive team.
- Ability to travel on occasion for team meetings, career fairs, etc.
