Salary: £28,000 + uncapped comms structure (OTE: £35,000)
Hours: 37.5 hours
Start: Immediate (willing to wait for notice period)
Contract: Permanent - (Hybrid) 4 days in the office

⭐ Role Requirements;
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Actively download data from Lead Forensics and manage it efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and timely follow-up.
- Conduct thorough research on companies before engaging with potential customers to gather relevant information.
- Efficiently respond to customer inquiries received through web forms promptly and provide appropriate information and assistance.
- Utilise Dynamics CRM system to input, update, and maintain customer data and sales activities.
- Book appointments with qualified leads, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with comprehensive and accurate lead information and ensure a smooth handover process.
- Analyse sales data and generate reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and market activities to enhance sales strategies and approaches.
