Job Purpose
Hallmark Care Homes is seeking a motivated and performance-driven individual to join our team. As the Recruitment Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the hiring process and ensuring our hiring needs are met across multiple luxury care homes across England and Wales.
You will lead a brilliant team, where you will work together to recruit top talent locally and internationally, you'll also be hands-on with our Central Support roles. Your skills, knowledge and personality will drive our success by attracting and engaging the best candidates in the market. Plus, you'll work closely with our HR Business Partners, Regional Directors, and Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience. That means finding candidates who align with our Hallmark values and creating an amazing experience for both them and the hiring managers.

Person Specification
- CIPD qualified or working towards desirable
- Strong Leadership and Management skills
- " In house " recruitment experience working within a HR function
- An expert with knowledge and experience of the end to end recruitment cycle delivering a seamless excellent quality service to customers
