Amentum is seeking a Cleared, Hybrid Junior Recruiter to support our Intelligence Recruiting Team in the Northern Virginia area. The Junior Recruiter will play a pivotal role, providing support to a large government contract within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Essential Job Duties:
Performs full lifecycle recruitment for a number of disciplines and customers.
Develops and executes effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies, identifies a qualified and diverse candidate pool from which a hiring decision can be made in an expedient and compliant manner.
Sources, networks, and actively builds relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates effectively meets hiring needs and supports new business initiatives.
Acts as a liaison between the candidates and the PMO, effectively communicating updates and Meet and Greets to ensure the candidate is well informed on their processing.
Works with candidates to complete write-ups or documentation that highlights their customer specific experience to strengthen a submission.
Initiates candidate submissions to PMO within TrackVia.
Attends recruiting events and performs incumbent captures on customer sites.
Adapts to changing business priorities with a focus on accountability, communication, and customer service.
Utilizes cleared job boards, networking, ATS, social media and other recruitment channels to find top talent for each requisition.
Builds rapport with candidates and potential candidates though timely and honest communications.
Manages and coordinates multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
Provides insight to Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies, processes, procedures, and best practices.
Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications, Education/Experience:
Top Secret Security Clearance REQUIRED AT TIME OF APPLICATION with ability to maintain
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desired; Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
Sourcing & Recruiting experience within the Federal Government Contracting Community is a plus.
1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
Candidates must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) or equivalent and possess professional-level skills in both oral and written communication.
Qualified candidates should be reliable, highly organized, motivated, and committed to customer service.
Candidates must excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and be able to effectively shift priorities and multi-task while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail.
Outstanding analytical skills, creativity and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates must be self-starters with excellent time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
