Job description

Let’s Do This is the online company getting people offline.

We exist to inspire people across the world to come together and experience moments that make them feel alive. We’re currently going after mass participation sports events (Marathons, Triathlons, 10Ks, 5Ks, swim races), where we’re proud to be the global leader.

We’re at a super exciting and rapid stage of our development. We now take over 5 million bookings every year, driving growth for our industry from large-scale races like the UK’s London Marathon Events, Great North Run and San Francisco’s Bay To Breakers to hero races like the Hackney Half, the London Triathlon, or grassroots races like those from RunThrough.

We’ve grown exponentially in the UK since our launch in 2017 and are now in the process of expanding within the US market with the same energy our brand represents. We’ve raised $90M to date and were the fastest growing company on YCombinator, and our investors also include Tier 1 VCs NFX, EQT, and legendary individuals Serena Williams and Usain Bolt.

How did we do it?

With an exceptional team. The Let’s Do This team brings in experience ranging from London’s fastest growing start-ups to the world's biggest tech companies, including Facebook, Google, Deliveroo, King and Skyscanner.

We’re passionate about finding fantastic talent to add to an already extraordinary group. Having just been named as one of the Europe’s and the UK’s top 100 startups 2022 by Otta and Top 15 Startups (2021) by Linkedin, it couldn't be a more exciting time to join our team.

The Role
Letsdothis has had a great 2023 and we are looking to grow our product and tech teams over the next 6 months and we are seeking an awesome Recruiter to support in engaging London’s top talent. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing the candidate process for a variety of roles within our fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of the requirements for each role and utilising this to speak to the very best in London’s tech industry.

We believe in providing a great candidate experience and ensuring the candidate's time is valued, respected, and informed throughout their journey with us. We are looking for someone who will not only look to deliver this experience but who can input in making this better.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Recruiter (at an agency or internally) within the digital product or technology industry, successfully resourcing within the start up/scale up space.
  • A good understanding of the digital product landscape, including roles such as product managers, product designers, software engineers, and data analysts.
  • Strong networking and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates through several channels including Linkedin, Otta, Github, Events etc.
  • A passion for always keeping the candidate experience front of mind even within a fast paced, variable environment.
  • Prior experience demonstrating being able to work at pace across business areas communicating and managing expectations of internal stakeholders.

What You'll Get From Us

  • A chance to work for one the fastest growing tech businesses in Europe.
  • Stock options that incentivise everyone across the business (from co-founders to most recent joiners) to work together to build our organisation
  • A highly impactful role that will shape the future of a major global tech platform with huge learning potential, work variety and exposure to real-world problems.
  • Flexible hybrid working
  • 4 months fully paid paternity/maternity
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • BUPA medical & dental cover
  • Significant discounted race entry

We want to create an inclusive environment that celebrates the diversity of our people whilst enabling them to do the best work of their careers. We are committed to ensuring that all our people processes are equitable.
