Due to continued growth and success with our new and existing clients, we are recruiting for a Records Administrator to join our team.
We have a great team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for administrators who want to be a part of our journey at this exciting time. These roles are fundamental to assisting our clients to go paperless and enter the world of digital data and records. If you have previous experience fantastic! However, experience isn’t necessary as full training will be provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sort through highly confidential information
- Understand the Records Retention Schedule
- Check records against the Records Retention Schedule to decide which output stream to put the record in
- Distinguish which documents are required to be destroyed, archived or sent back to the client
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality at all times

Restore Digital support customers on their digital transformation journeys. Born out of a scanning company, we still have four main scanning centres across the UK where we are working on large digitisation projects for the NHS, the Ministry of Defence and the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority. And usually, we are busy digitising most of the exam papers undertake in the UK every year.
