What does this role involve?

Working closely with the Reconciliations Team Leader, you will ensure that all customer receipts and payments are correctly recorded in the CRM and ERP system historically.

You will ensure that the CRM system balances against the bank statements and any discrepancies are investigated and resolved.

Day to day, you will;

  • play a key part in developing reporting and payment reconciliation across all payment platforms, automating where possible;
  • monitor and manage the CRM missing payment complaints;
  • support with the production of month end reporting;
  • create analysis on prepayment meter debt management and highlight any CRM weaknesses around handling credit customers.
  • be the owner of Excel / VBA solutions.

Who are we looking for?

Your proven experience working as an analyst, with strong financial awareness and in-depth knowledge of data analysis will be vital in this role.

You will have experience working with data tables and code with SQL and VBA (within Excel).

Your curious inquisitive nature and ability to organise and resolve complex investigations, as well as challenging processes, will allow you to make an impact with the team quickly.

Your AAT certification / enrolment in or other relevant finance qualification(s) will be highly beneficial.
