Job Introduction

We are recruiting a Receptionist to work as part of our fantastic team based just outside of Euston station and within walking distance to King's Cross. The team is multicultural, welcoming and friendly.

This is the ideal role for someone who has incredible passion and enthusiasm to spark immediate Rapport with guests arriving into the building, colleagues, clients, and all involved in the guest journey within the workplace . You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences. This role will also be supporting the Facilities help desk on a rotational basis.

The lucky candidate will have access to perks such as having an onsite gym available to use for employees and a canteen offering meals at a discounted staff rate. The building also has a rooftop bar open on Wednesdays with social gatherings on a weekly basis including a pool table, table tennis and foosball table.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a seamless and personal guest journey
  • Acting upon all requests that visitors might have in an efficient, friendly and timely manner
  • Building relationships and being the main point of contact for the office occupiers
  • Handling external and internal calls in a professional manner
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and guest service, and creating a 'one team' approach to delighting your visitors
  • Security management of programming passes for visitors
  • Working on the Facilities help desk logging tickets for any issues, answering emails and booking meeting rooms
  • Always acting according to Rapport and the client’s standards
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will:

  • Excellent customer service skills and strong customer service experience.
  • Ability to “think outside the box” when faced with issues.
  • Great knowledge and awareness of Workplace Services Management.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure whilst prioritising key deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and confident liaising with a wide range of customers and service personnel at a variety of levels, by negotiating to achieve the best results.
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate others to achieve results at all levels.
  • Proven willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Excellent ability to act innovatively and creatively problem solve.
  • Strong PC literacy skills and ability to learn internal IT systems.
