Frylite Solutions are currently seeking to add an experienced customer service professional to their team, based in Strabane, County Tyrone on a full time and permanent basis.
About the Role of Receptionist/Telesales Administrator:
The successful candidate will work as a receptionist and as part of the wider telesales/customer service team to ensure all customers, visitors, and calls to Frylite Solutions Strabane are managed as well as assisting with telephone sales by engaging with Customers, existing and potential to provide high standards of customer service.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- The key responsibilities for the role of receptionist/telesales administrator include but are not limited to:
- Carry out reception duties and assist with general office administration, dealing with telephone calls, visitors, and customers onsite when require as well as responding to emailed queries and maintaining the reception area to remain clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Sort and deal with all incoming deliveries and post.
- Assist in administration support from other departments as requested by your line manager.
- Responsible for diary management and travel arrangements for senior management and catering requests for events onsite.
- Proactively make outbound calls to generate new business and sales leads and support Frylite Solutions wider Commercial Team as well as contacting existing customers to communicate on products etc.
- · Gather, maintain, and update information onto the Customer Database and recording outcomes of calls and documenting accurately on the CRM system.
- Creating and presenting sales reports and assist in planning and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Carry out any other duties as requested by your line manager for both Reception & Telesales Teams.
Essential Criteria
- Customer Service and administration experience
- Excellent telephone skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office packages specifically Excel and Word
- Must be able to demonstrate the following: good organisational skills, ability to work to deadlines, ability to pay attention to detail, good customer care awareness, ability to maintain company confidentiality, good interaction with customers & the public.
- Highly organised and proactive
Desirable Criteria
- Knowledge of CRM
- Previous experience of direct contact with customers and selling over the phone
- Experience in a Distribution or in a busy environment would be desirable.
