In the Receptionist / Secretary role you'll be involved with: Covering reception, taking calls, replying to emails and taking payments Typing up letters and printing on letter headed paper Meeting and greeting customers, providing advice & guidance Arranging meetings To be considered for the Receptionist / Secretary role you must have: Previous reception / customer service experience Strong communication and administration skills Excellent IT, Typing and organisational skills A courteous, friendly and professional manner This is a fulltime role to cover Long-Term sickness working 35 hours a week Monday - Friday, based in Pwllheli in return, you will receive an rate of £11.26 p/h plus holiday pay.
