We are looking for a Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a professional attitude. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organise files and documents.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
