Qualifications:
GCSEs grade C in Maths and English
What does the role involve?
- You must be able to work shifts and weekends on a busy reception desk delivering excellent customer service
- Tour potential members around the facility and converting them into new members using great sales skills.
- Deal with member requests, booking classes and being the first port of call for complaints.
- Attend training sessions and departmental meetings as and when requested
- Process, amend and update memberships through our Membership Software.
- Understand GDPR and comply with this when handling personal data.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the reception and front of house.
- To act in a manner that always puts the member’s health and interests first
