We have an incredible opportunity for a Receptionist to join us at Dr Ana The Skin Clinic – The West Midlands’ premier cosmetic clinic.
We are looking for an experienced all-rounder to join our tightknit team. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clinic. Our Receptionist’s duties include; providing excellent customer service to all of our patients, assisting with booking and general queries, along with taking payments.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who will happily put their hand to anything. Additional tasks may include processing deliveries and returns, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic & general administrative duties.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following key qualities:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front of House or similar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Google & Gmail
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organisational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
- The ability to be flexible around working days/times
This position could be part-time or full-time and there will be some Saturdays required. Hours and days can be negotiated for the right candidate.
