Location: Building 7, Chiswick Business Park, 566 Chiswick High Rd, London
Working Hours Available:
1 x Part Time Role - 18.75 Hours Per Week. Monday to Friday 10 am to 2 pm
1 x Full-Time Role. Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

You will be joining a small team with a keen focus to provide a great working environment for Danone employees in the Chiswick Park offices. This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running from the get-go and involvement in different facilities projects.
Role Purpose
- To provide a warm, courteous, and prompt welcome to our internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with the facilities teams to ensure consistency of standards and a professional image are maintained across the designated areas
- Answering, screening, and directing telephone calls quickly and efficiently. Shielding cold calls, taking messages, and relaying to the contact person
About you
As a successful Receptionist, we would love to see you demonstrate the following:
- Excellent customer service skills developed from a strong customer-focused background
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels with strong oral & written communication skills.
- An ability to solve complex problems and remain calm & professional when under pressure.
- You will be comfortable using computer software, as well as Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Valid formal Health & Safety Qualifications (First Aid, Fire Marshall, etc) are desirable.
