Receptionist - PART TIME Nottingham, England
Job description
We are looking for a passionate, friendly and out-going Receptionist to join our team at Holiday inn Nottingham Castle Marina
The successful candidate would be a person who cares enough to go the extra mile to give our guests a great experience and takes pride in delivering excellent service with a smile.
A previous knowledge of Opera PMS or equivalent is essential. Previous work in reception is required - This is a fast paced department which required quick thinking, team work, organisation and good computer skills.
Part Time Casual role only - Applicants should have flexibility and be available for shifts Monday - Sunday (7am - 3pm / 1pm -9pm / 3pm - 11pm) shifts are allocated on rota basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Check in / out guests, prepare group arrivals
- Customer service (in person and phone/email)
- Handling Reservations, updating bookings
- Handling payments (cards)
- Supporting Guests
- Cleanliness / Covid safety

Salary: £9.90 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
