Outpatient services are growing and there has never been a better time to join our team. We are searching for a person who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and patient care with the enthusiasm and drive to help in the Trusts’ quest to take the busy outpatient services at East Surrey hospital forward into the future.
You must have excellent administrative, IT and communication skills and the ability and flexibility to adapt to different situations as they arise. You will be part of a fast-paced Reception team delivering a high quality patient experience to the residents of Surrey and Sussex. Ideally you will already have experience working in a busy health related and/or customer service environment.
Typical shift pattern: combination of 08:00-18:00/10:00-20:00 4 days a week (Mon-Sat) with one off-rota day (not same day each week)

We provide emergency and non-emergency services to the residents of East Surrey, North-East West Sussex, and South Croydon, including the major towns of Crawley, Horsham, Reigate and Redhill; a community of over 535,000 people. We provide acute and complex services and a range of outpatient, diagnostic services whilst Crawley Hospital and Horsham in West Sussex and Caterham Dene Hospital and Oxted Health Centre in Surrey provide less complex planned services.
