What We Do
Foundation Studies are looking for a Receptionist to join our PMLD department. We are a friendly, enthusiastic team with a passion for working with a diverse group of young people, to deliver an outstanding experience to our students, visitors and stakeholders. You will be part of the departments transition into a brand new building so will be working in a busy environment. We offer a great benefits package and provide onsite training to support you in your role.
What You Will Do
- To be that friendly first point of contact and an enthusiastic voice on the other end of the phone
- Providing a positive and memorable service to all students, potential students, staff, parents/carers and any other stakeholders across Luminate Education Group.
Your Profile
- Relevant Customer Service experience
- Experience in working in a customer-focused role/environment.
- ICT Level 2 qualification Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Good communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-Solving skills.
- Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above
