Receptionist / Customer Service Adviser
Job Type: Part Time
Planet Ice Coventry is looking for a friendly, hardworking individual who can work well under pressure alone and as part of a team, with strong customer.
Service skills
· The right candidate must have good telephone manner, be punctual and be able to think on their feet.
· Experience with computers essential (particularly Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook).
· Part time role suitable for a confident and friendly individual.
Responsibilities will include:
· Greeting Customers
· Cash Handling
· Answering The Telephone
· Responding To Emails
· Liaising With Co-Workers
· Make Bookings For Upcoming Courses/Events
Previous receptionist/administration work would be a bonus, however full training will be given.
Hours of Work
This is a part time role where the successful applicant can expect to work around 15-20 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours during school holidays and when covering annual leave.
