The Exciting Opportunity
The position of Receptionist (Full Time or Part Time available) has become available at Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport. Reporting to the Front Office Manager you will be a positive and engaging professional with a passion for making guests smile and will welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, handling all customer check ins and enquiries.The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service and have strong administration and computer skills with a good telephone manner, have a positive and confident ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care and have a great command of the English language. You will be a team player and be a good problem solver.
Where Will You Be Working?
Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport, featuring 250 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a gymnasium and bar and bistro, is next to the developing and growing Luton airport. Courtyard by Marriott Luton Airport is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
