What you’ll be doing


You will be planning and delivering high-quality engaging lessons. Responsible with marking summative and formative assessments and proving feedback with any students’ queries.


You will ensure students feel well supported and build on knowledge and progress through their apprenticeship programme.


You will be teaching online and face-to-face and will participate in Ofsted inspections. Ensuring your CPD is kept up to date and you are familiar with BPP’s quality requirements.

Candidate criteria

Candidate Criteria

  • Strong ability in using MS Office and latest classroom technologies e.g Adobe Connect, Padlet, Kahoot
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience of working in an educational environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work towards deadlines
  • Great planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work collaboratively in a team
  • CIPD Advanced Diploma in HRM or CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HRM
  • Current member of CIPD
