Clare Lodge is a national secure welfare home, providing specialist care for young people who have experienced abuse, sexual exploitation, mental health issues and drug and alcohol misuse.
This position would suit a customer focused person with general administration, IT, and front of house skills to join the Business Team at Clare Lodge. Experience of working within a secure environment is desirable, although not essential as training will be given.
The role will include being the first point of contact within the service, meeting and greeting all our visitors in a friendly and courteous manner.
Candidates should be warm, friendly, self-motivated, organised, committed and have a flexible approach. This is your opportunity to join a challenging, unique service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting their colleagues and residents in their approach to this support service. A driving licence would be an advantage but not essential.
You will be required to work 37 hours a week.
