This is a permanent Receptionist role working for a well established Financial Services firm based in the City of London.

This role is 5 days a week in the office with rotational shift patterns.

A well established Investment Management firm based in the City of London.

The key responsibilities of Receptionist are:

  • Provide a professional meet and greet service to clients and visitors
  • Administrative duties including booking catering, adding visitors on the security systems
  • Setting up conference calls, MS Teams videos and any equipment requested
  • Filing
