We are looking for a Receptionist & Bookings Administrator who loves providing a warm and upbeat greeting, to join the Portico team at our media client, based within an iconic building in London Bridge.
Our client is home to a collection of international media companies who write and produce national newspapers, publications, and books.
Duties for the role include: -
- Manage meeting room calendars
- Check meeting room
- Manage stationary
- Manage post
- Register external visitor when required
Hours: 40 hours per week with shifts between 8am – 5pm, from Monday – Friday.
Salary: £30,000
The ideal candidate will have a great mix of strong admin and customer service skills. They will be able to engage with people across all levels of the business, including VIPs and celebrities. You will be a quick learner, with strong attention to detail and impeccable customer service manner. A strong team player, responsible and reliable that has a good
understanding of the client expectations in this high-end corporate environment.
