Dental Receptionist, Bramley, Leeds
Experienced Receptionist required for FT/PT permanent position in a NHS Independent Dental Practice in Bramley LS13 4AJ.

Competent level of IT (we use dental software of R4).Training will be provided.

The right candidate will be friendly, well presented, reliable, trustworthy, have excellent communication skills, be knowledgeable and highly organised.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Ensuring an excellent patient experience.
Patient's Coordinator's duties supporting the team with the patient's flow.
Infection Control and sterilisation of the reception/waiting room area.
Updating and maintaining accurate records
High levels of patient care and customer service
Answering telephone calls
Telephoning patients on behalf of the practice
Completing information for NHS purposes as required
Managing the fully computerised appointment book
Taking payments from patients
Supporting the daily management of the practice
Experience:
Dental Nurse Experience: Preferred but not essential
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Working hours: M-TH 8:45-17:00 (lunch break 13:00-14:00) & Friday 8:45-13:00.
