Excellent opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic, Dental Receptionist for a part time role working with our friendly team. Position for a two full days and one evening a week in a busy family owned dental practice in Tunbridge Wells. Position available due to existing member of the team moving relocating.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a dental practice and be customer focused, polite, friendly and work well within a team with excellent communication skills.

Working hours will be Tuesday 16:00-20:00, Wednesday 07:45-17:00 and Friday 07:45-16:00 with a break for lunch between 12:30-13:30.

The hourly wage for the position is negotiable depending on experience, and the position is available to start from 26th June 2023.

This position is part time and will be subject to a probationary period of 3 months.

You will need to be reliable, perform a high quality reception and administration service to ensure satisfaction and maximum contribution to practice efficiency and effectiveness in line with the practice policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on excellent customer service and patient centred care.

Keys tasks: Answer the telephone and deal with patient enquiries in a positive, efficient and friendly manner; schedule patient appointments either by phone or in person; scan patient notes; collect and record patient payments; work as part of a friendly team.

Part-time hours: 19 per week

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and patients safe we have installed screens at reception, social distancing floor marking, hand sanitisers, all staff risk assessed and supplied with appropriate PPE.

Experience:

• Dental/Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
