The difference you’ll make.
- Working in Agile framework collaboratively with project / programme stakeholders within the Mortgage domain to investigate and analyse project requirements.
- Looking for self-starters who can work independently, with and, across teams.
- Developing your knowledge and skills, whilst also being willing to mentor and educate others on the capabilities and constraints of what you know.
- Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team composed of diverse people coming from different areas within the bank with the aim to deliver a first in class service to our end customers.
- Facilitating agile ceremonies such as: retros, stand up, demos.
What you’ll bring.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Software Analyst, Software Design Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar.
- Experience of working in an agile environment.
- Expert level understanding of how to elicit and elaborate requirements and translate these into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects
- Close collaboration with the development team to provide fast and reliable CI/CD solutions.
It would also be nice for you to have.
- Good working knowledge of version control tools such as GitHub/Git.
- Knowledge on public clouds such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
- Banking industry experience.
What else you need to know.
This is a full time permanent position in a team which is currently based in Milton Keynes.
It will be a hybrid working role between office and home – time in the office to be agreed with your manager, typically this is 40% of the working week.
