Job description
Wood County Womens Care a subsidiary of Wood County Hospital, is now accepting applications for a receptionist. The Receptionist provides positive communication and professional excellence while interacting with patients. This position serves as the primary contact between the office, patients and outside parties.
Job Duties:
- Greets patients and visitors and makes them feel welcome.
- Answers multi-line phone system.
- Verifies and enters patient demographics and copies/scans insurance cards.
- Maintains an adequate supply of progress notes, medication logs, new patient registration sheets, release of medical record sheets, and all other forms contained within the medical record.
Shift Details:
Part Time - 24 hours per week
Shift: 8:15 am-4:30 pm

- High School Diploma or equivalent
