Job description
Window to the Womb is a private ultrasound clinic who specialise in gender confirmation, 4D, Early pregnancy scans and we are now expanding into Gynaecology scans.
We are looking for a Receptionist/Key holder to join our team.
You will be the first person to greet our customers and help them check in for their scan, delivering amazing customer service and ensuring their visit is made special from the moment they arrive at the clinic.
Role and responsibilities:
Greeting customers
To answer phone calls and emails.
Ensuring booking system is appropriately organised.
Assisting management with administrative duties.
Dealing with customer queries and feedback.
Daily banking.
Ensuring reception area is clean and tidy.
As a key holder you will also be responsible for opening and closing the clinic.

This role will be a mix of day, evening and 1 weekend shift per week.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
