- We currently have a vacancy to work across 3 of our beautiful, contemporary clinics in Bristol (Filton, Clifton & Bedminster).
- A valid drivers licence and access to a car is necessary for this role as you would need to travel between clinics throughout the week. Travel expenses will be paid.
- Supporting the whole clinic team you will make sure that patients get the best service possible. Your job is to take care of everything service related so the clinical team can focus on delivering the best healthcare:
- You will play a key part in the patient’s experience. This role is focused on delivering the highest standards of service. You are the first person the patient meets; you will organise their care and guide them on their chiropractic journey in our busy and friendly clinics.

THE JOB:
- All things reception - Warmly welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, preparing paperwork, answering phone, emails, cashing up, stock management
- Get to know the patients and the health journey they are on.
- Ensuring patients follow their schedule of care.
- Engage with people, talk to them and get to know about their health journey.
- Keep everything organised.
- High Energy - Our Clinics are always busy so you will need to excel at prioritising and enjoy being busy for the duration of your shift
- Full induction and ongoing training/coaching programme to enable you to reach your full potential.
We have regular all team meetings and social events so you will have the opportunity to become part of our community and also take part in outside marketing events at local festivals and corporate offices.
PRACTICAL THINGS:
- Full-Time contract, approx 35hrs per week, starting salary of £19,110 rising to £20,020 on completion of probation period and the potential to earn up-to £22,750 plus travel expenses.
- Regular hours: Monday-Saturday - our clinics are open 7am-8pm, and Saturday 7am-4pm. Shifts will be 6 to 8 hours per day and will include every other Saturday or 2 Saturdays in 4.
