- Greeting and checking-in and out guests ensuring each and every one of your guests has a positively memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Making room reservations and responding to customer queries either face to face, by telephone or online in a timely and considerate manner
- Constantly finding innovative ways to put a smile on your customers face. It could be as simple as offering to book the best table in our restaurant or it could be upgrading the room of a guest who has stayed with us 5 times in the last 12 months.
- Carryout thorough checks of future bookings to ensure booking system is accurate and matches local paperwork
- Balance cash and credit card payments
- Be the main point of contact between guests and the rest of the hotel team
