Part time Reception / Facilities Co-ordinator – to start ASAP

· 3 days per week (7.5 hours per day)

· 12 month contract which could become permanent

· Salary £14.50ph plus 32 days holiday per annum (pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, motivated and flexible Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator to join this Global Technology business. Based at our client’s Newbury offices with the requirement to visit premises in Wallingford once a week. Driving licence is therefore essential and travel costs will be met @£0.45ppm.

We’re looking for a friendly, professional and well organised Administrator with great inter-personal skills to manage the day to day office facilities for this fabulous global Technology client based from their Newbury site. You’ll also be providing general support to 2 x smaller sub offices. This will be a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys varied administration and people interaction.

Below is an idea of some of the things you’ll be involved in:

· Co-ordination any requests for repairs and maintenance across 3 small office locations

· Co-ordinate contractors and building access.

· Liaison with Landlords, Contractors and HO staff to schedule works, raise POs and follow ups

· Conduct ‘walk throughs’ of each site, checking for H&S issues, general appearance, operations, repairs, space planning

· Booking meeting rooms including room set ups, audio / visuals, hospitality and catering

· Arranging both in / out of house events, dinners, lunches (3 sites totalling around 80 employees)

· Meeting and greeting visitors (to Newbury site only)

· Answering calls, taking messages

About you:

This role would suit someone who is great with people and well organised. The ideal candidate needs to have good attention to detail, the little things really do matter in this role, plenty of initiative and previous experience in a position requiring solid planning skills.

Essential skills include: MS Office with good Excel, a full driving licence, excellent English language and a friendly, approachable personality. This role may well be offered on a permanent basis in the future.

Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour
