Office Administrator
Romun Limited are a well-established family owned Property Company with over 30 years of history in the sector.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Office Administrator to work alongside our small friendly team based in our Whitstable office.
The main duties include:
- Responding to emails and telephone enquiries
- Communicating with
- Tenants & External parties
- Contractors
- Management Agents
- Accountants
- Arranging inventories
- Arranging credit / referencing checks
- Data entry / maintenance of records & reports
- Track rental income & chase where appropriate
- Filing and general office administration
Skills and experience required:
The Ideal candidate will be someone with a good knowledge of MS Excel and all Microsoft Packages with strong verbal and written communication skills.
You will have strong, all round administration skills and be happy to work as part of a small team. You will need to have good organisational skills, be efficient & able to time manage effectively, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge & experience in Property Management industry would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
