Summary of Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist individual is to provide phone answering abilities, data entry abilities, timely and professional customer service to Central Hydraulics customers, while supporting Central Sales and Service through effective communication, excellent organization and time management skills.
Receptionist/Data Entry Job Duties Include:
- Manage incoming calls; answer phone and route callers to correct personnel within the company, while maintaining a positive and pleasant tone to caller.
- Route all incoming faxes and e-mails to correct personnel.
- Complete filing as needed.
- Scan and file documents into correct system/files.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with customer credit applications.

Pay: $17.16 - $20.67 per hour
