Job description

The role of a receptionist is varied and you will have many different responsibilities ranging from being the first point of call for patients and colleagues to booking patients into their clinic appointments. Receptionists will assist with queries, training and cashing up our Outpatient Clinics. You will be guided by a Team Supervisor who will provide support and leadership daily. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients attending our hospital within the guidelines of following Trust policies.
