Job description

We are a busy mixed NHS and private dental practice located in the heart of Maida Vale. The practice is highly reputable and requires an articulate, friendly, well-organised front of house to manage the daily administration of the practice along with our other reception staff.

Tasks to include:

  • Meeting and greeting patients arriving for appointments
  • General administration such as booking appointments, taking payments, answering calls and messages, and liaising with the team regarding patient queries.
  • Using social media to market the practice

Preferred / Desirable:

  • Working with dental software, ideally SFD. This is not essential, full training will be provided.
  • 1 years experience as a dental receptionist
  • Availability to work alternate Saturdays

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
