Job description
We are a friendly, dynamic GP practice based across 4 sites in Waterlooville. We are now looking to expand our Care Navigator (Reception) team and are looking to appoint an additional experienced Call Handler/Receptionist to work across our 4 sites in Waterlooville.
You will:
- Enjoy working in a very busy environment
- Have worked in a call centre or high call volume reception setting
- Ideally have experience within a medical setting
- Be able to communicate effectively with all types of patients on the phone and face to face
- Able to work under pressure and respond to a high level of in-bound calls
- Be a superb team player

Candidates will need to be available for working hours that will include an 08:00 start and/or a 18:30 finish. Weekends will also be included in the rota. We are looking to offer a contract of a minimum of 24 hours, up to 37 hours. We are able to offer some flexibility with days of work.
Candidates will be able and willing to work at any of our 4 sites across Waterlooville.
