Twist is a communications agency based in Newcastle upon Tyne. We specialise in delivering impactful communications campaigns for clients predominantly in the leisure and hospitality space.
We are looking for highly motivated people to join our team in roles that serve a range of clients from start-ups to national brands.
This is an exciting role working on diverse projects encompassing PR, social media, web design and event planning. You will play an important role in supporting the team on fun campaigns, so will need to have the energy and brilliant client management to see projects through the whole campaign process.

The roles entail:
- Helping to secure coverage in top-tier media for clients
- Staying abreast of news and trends within your field
- Preparing a range of materials from press releases to key client documents
- Organising and attending influencer events
- Coordinating and delivering creative activations
- Building on your relationships with journalists and key media outlets
- Project and time management
- Analysing and reporting on campaign results
- Delivering forward-thinking and impactful social media campaigns
The candidate will have:
- Demonstrable experience in PR, social media, or a marketing role
- A holistic approach towards PR, social media, and marketing
- A confident and proactive approach
- Committed to providing an industry leading service that excels in client liaison
- Time management skills
- Passion for making a positive difference to clients
- Has a keen eye for a story
- Keen to come up with creative campaign ideas
- Keen interest in content and how best to use it to engage audiences
- Proven experience of influencer outreach through the excellent relationships you have within your network
- Intellectually curious with ambition, drive, and commitment to achieve great results
- Exceptional writing and communications skills
- A confident team player with the ability to quickly build strong inter-team relationships

We offer both remote and office working from our Newcastle base. You will be expected to travel and attend events in UK.
