About the role:
You will be a first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the School of Management building. In line with the expectations of the School, you will provide a high level of customer care and service delivery. Representing the department with a positive attitude, professional appearance and respect for both diversity and equal opportunity are integral to the role.
This is a 0.9 FTE role on an annualised hours basis working varying hours throughout the year between 8am and 7.30pm, Monday to Friday. Some weeks will be more than 0.9 FTE and some will be less, therefore a high degree of flexibility will be key to this role. On occasion, work outside these hours and at weekends may also be necessary when supporting School events. This is a fixed term contract with an end date of 31st August 2023, with potential to extend.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to multitask
- Be proficient in IT programmes
- Have administrative experience within a busy office
- Have experience of working on a busy reception desk
