Food and Beverage Assistant

The Food and Beverage Assistant role:
You will have responsibility for mis-en-place and preparation of the Restaurant/Bar and equipment prior to service. You will ensure that our restaurant & bar areas consistently operate to a high standard and endeavour to make every meal an occasion for our guests. You ensure that high standards are consistently maintained and procedures are followed.
The Food and Beverage Assistant will:
- Have Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, wine and people.
- Have excellent customer care, communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner is essential.

Salary Breakdown: £10.42 per hour plus holiday pay at £1.26 per hour, totalling £11.68 per hour x 45 hours = £525.60 per week x 48 weeks = £25,228.80 per annum. Overtime is also paid at £11.68 per hour.
