This Role has the option of being completed alongside a level 2 Administration course or for a candidate with experience already it will be a standalone role.
We are looking for a bubbly & confident new team member with a can do attitude and willingness to complete tasks to the best of their ability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Managing & taking telephone bookings
- Assist with project coordination and tracking
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Docs & Canva
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Willingness to learn
