The role will be based in Unite’s Cardiff office in the Wales Region

Grade 4 – £27,520 per annum full time
(Rising to £ 29,444 per annum full time after 12 months in post)
Contract Type
The purpose of the role is to act as an ambassador for Unite by creating a highly favourable first impression and on-going positive experience for members, visitors and callers. To ensure a warm welcome is extended to everyone, to provide a service to and advise visitors to the main reception area, respond to and assist those making incoming telephone calls and manage the bookings of internal and external meeting facilities.
