£44,977.92 per annum

Our Technical, Production and Costume Department plays a leading part in ensuring our performances are of the highest quality by delivering technical excellence for every performance, rehearsal and event.
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Manager to assist in the safe running of the Running Props team, ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest possible standard of safety, efficiency, and quality, as well as providing effective leadership and management of staff and working with the Production Props team to fulfil the requirements of the Designer.
This role will suit a candidate who has a strong, collaborative approach to working and understands the challenges of working in a busy performance environment
The ideal candidate would have:
- An excellent track record in technical stage work gained from working in live performances (current experience is essential)
- Experience of working in a major repertory house an advantage.
- Excellent and demonstrable craft skills relevant to Props, a qualification in Art and Design or craft skills an advantage.
- A range of stage technical skills including props, scenic, rigging skills, pyrotechnics and effects are essential.
- Experience of managing teams and projects with consistent high production standards
