From greeting guests with a warm welcome, to taking bookings and handling guest queries - everything you do should provide an exceptional customer experience.
An excellent communicator, you will enjoy working in a busy environment.
Previous experience working with guests in the hospitality industry would be an advantage but not essential.
Strong administrative skills using Microsoft packages is essential for this role therefore you will have a minimum of one years experience in an administrative role or similar.
Flexible availability to include evenings and weekends is essential. Shifts start as early as 7am and late shifts can run to 2am. You will work 5 days out of 7 between Monday and Sunday.
