Role
- To answer all telephone calls in a prompt, helpful and efficient manner, ensuring that all callers requirements are understood and ensure that calls are directed to the relevant personnel
- To carry out any related administrative duties in a methodical and diligent manner on a timely basis
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls in the prescribed manner
- Pass details of enquiries that you are unable to deal with to an appropriate person or take a message
- Ensure that full messages are e-mailed to the person or department unable to take the call
- Opening / distributing / franking of daily post
- Manage the Tuckers Helpdesk
- Meet and greet clients on front of house reception desk
- Manage the Fax Inbox
- Updating appointments on the dashboard
- E-Filing Data
- Carry out any administration duties as required
- To assist with the day to day facilities of the office where needed
Person Specification
- Minimum of 6 months experience of working as a telephonist
- Methodical and diligent in carrying out administrative duties
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely
- Have helpful and confident manner
- Ability to work well within a team
- Smartly dressed
- PC Literate with good keyboard skills
- Ability to problem solve
