Job description
Due to an expansion in the services provided by the customer service team, we are looking to recruit a Customer Services Receptionist/concierge. The successful candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and used to working as part of a busy team. Proven ability working in a customer service for a minimum of 12 months is essential.
Providing a front line service to customers, face-to-face, you will be fielding a wide variety of enquiries from tenants, applicants and external customers. The ability to deal with queries relating to all aspects of the housing process, and landlord responsibilities, along with a number of admin duties including actioning internal and external post for the business.
A confident, flexible approach to your work and good IT skills are essential to providing excellent customer service in this role, sometimes in challenging situations. The ideal candidate will have a strong character and able to face adverse customer reactions when being unable to provide what a customer is looking for.
